When a patron of the restaurantpeered over the stall, he allegedly saw Jamal Anderson and another individual sniffing two lives of powdered cocaine off the back of a toilet. Police found a one-inch square bag of cocaine and a suspected marijuana cigarette (joint) in Anderson's pocket.
