A medical professional was charged with animal hoarding felonies and animal abuse. She also faced a no-bail violation when our firm came on board as counsel. We successfully argued to keep her out of custody, conducted a psychological workup, and convinced the court to grant diversion, which will result in the full dismissal of over ten felony counts and the case being sealed.
