Our client was charged with felony vandalism that included thousands of dollars in property damage in Malibu. Based on coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), our law firm was able to obtain an own recognizance of release for our client. He was released into a mental health facility due to his prior treatment history. The goal is to pay restitution and get the charges reduced as part of case settlement after the court process is back to normal. More importantly, he is out of jail and receiving necessary treatment.
