The father apparently had fewer images on his computer, but the judge in the case still wanted to send the man to prison because "the child is victimized again." The officer was distinguished for a lifetime of exceptional service to the community in a very tough neighborhood, but the judge still sentenced the man to prison. The son was charged with receiving, possessing and distributing child pornography and the father was charged with receipt and possession of child pornography. The FBI executed the investigation, finding 600 images of child pornography on the son's computer after suspecting him of beign involved in criminal activity.
